Tummy Time is when your baby spends time lying awake on their tummy, it gives them an opportunity to explore the world around them at a different angle. From the ‘Back to Sleep Campaign’ there was a noticeable delay in babies’ physical development, for example later to roll, sit, crawl, and walk. Tummy time helps strengthen baby’s muscles to prepare them for moving.
