Parents with babies aged 4 months – 1 year.

Introduction to Solids -  learn about suitable first foods, amounts, consistency etc and also food labeling - sugar & salt content.

Parents & babies aged 6 weeks – pre-mobile.

Reflexology can be very useful for babies and children who appear to have more sensitive feet and may respond to treatments much quicker. There are many benefits that simple reflexology techniques can have on many issues including coughs, colds and constipation.  It can also help with the promotion of sleeping patterns, calming techniques and reduction in stress hormones.

Baby Yoga offers quality physical stimulation including; flowing postures, movement, touch and voice.

It promotes bonding and attachment between parent and baby, this is done in a calming and relaxed environment.

Benefits of Baby Yoga:

• Strengthens baby’s body and develops reflexes

Gentle post-natal exercises gradually helps new mothers to regain physical strength, tone their muscles, enjoy deep relaxation and develop close bonds with their baby. It can provide the support needed at this time of change to help the new mother nurture herself and the baby.

The programme runs for 4 weeks and each session is for 1 hour 

Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months (only one child per adult)

Baby massage is a nurturing touch, a gentle, rhythmic stroking of your baby’s body with your hands.

Baby massage can benefit you, your baby and your partner in many ways.

Baby massage is beneficial for all babies and may help your baby to strengthen attachments, stay relaxed, cry less and sleep better.

The programme runs for 4 weeks and each session is for 1 hour.

The programme is suitable for babies 6 weeks to 9 months.

Promotion of babies physical, auditory and visual stimulation through singing, playing instruments and making and exploring sounds together.

This is a 6-week programme which is aimed at supporting parent-child relationships through playful and creative sessions using the very latest research and evidence around the importance of attachment and bonding for the best outcomes for children

Tummy Time is when your baby spends time lying awake on their tummy, it gives them an opportunity to explore the world around them at a different angle. From the ‘Back to Sleep Campaign’ there was a noticeable delay in babies’ physical development, for example later to roll, sit, crawl and walk. Tummy time helps strengthen baby’s muscles to prepare them for moving. 

Musical babies at Christmas is a promotion of babies physical, auditory and visual stimulation through singing, playing instruments and making and exploring sounds together.
