For parents / carers of children under 4 years. You will find this programme beneficial if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child's speech, language or communication, or would like advice to support your child's attention, play & communication skills.

For parents / carers and children aged 18 months to 3 years. Children will participate in fun, repetitive activities which target the development of their attention and listening skills, ability to take turns, understanding of simple language and development of vocabulary. The small group setting also encourages each child's social interaction skills.

Speech & Language programme for parents / carers and their babies aged 6 to 12 months.
This is an interactive 4 week programme to develop early communication skills which will provide a good start towards learning to talk. You will have the opportunity to meet other parents and babies and ask any questions about early communication.

For Parents/Carers of children aged from 2 years to under 4 years
These workshops are designed for parents to hear more about language development and the key strategies to use at home.
Parents will have an opportunity to ask questions about their child’s language development.
These workshops are open to all Sure Start families, including those who have children attending our Developmental Programmes for 2-3 Year Olds.
