You are pregnant and if you have any problems, questions or queries regarding parent craft issues, advice on signs and symptoms of labour etc.

Expectant parents will learn the most-up-to date and reliable information about ways to feed their new-born.

Parents will learn about:

Breastfeeding, Formula feeding & Feeding routines and practical tips

Our Pre-Birth Feeding Workshops are facilitated by our Health Visitor Teresa and the Health Team.

The Real Birth Programme is an evidence based antenatal education programme that helps you understand what happens to you and your baby during labour.

The programme uses a factual and honest approach to labour, and birth preparation that helps you feel reassured and knowledgeable about your birth choices.
