Train sets have been popular with children and adults alike over many generations. We use small wooden train sets which have been well received by all children involved.
Playing with trains helps develop a child’s hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Moreover, playing with trains is a great way for children to use their imaginations and learn.
Children will have to plan and place their train tracks providing them with the opportunity to practice vital skills, such as problem solving and foresight.
The programme runs as one off sessions over various months each session is for 1 hour.
The programme is suitable for children aged 2 to 4 years old
