Parenting Puzzle

The parenting puzzle is a tried and tested programme which helps us as parents/carers to think about what we do, why we do it and how it makes us feel.

The workshops help parents/carers understand children’s behaviour, how to praise and encourage, set boundaries, deal with conflict, and how to look after ourselves.
