Tiny Dancers
Tiny Dancers is a Zumbini inspired music and dance programme for caregivers and their children aged 2 to 4 years old. The Tiny Dancers programme is a four week journey into the world of movement, rhythmic musical instruments, dance, and the natural response music provokes in both children and adults.

Creative Babies
Creative arts play creates an environment in which children lead the session by exploring their interests and imagination. Using a wide variety of activities these programmes aim to promote children's social and emotional development, mental health and wellbeing and the importance of using arts to help children regulate their emotions.
Children will experience a number of activities throughout the year including:
Painting
Role play and storytelling
Music and movement
Messy play
This programme is suitable for babies up to the age of 18 months.

Buggy Fitness
Buggy Fitness Class
Buggy Fitness is a ‘Walk for Health’ programme, led by trained walk leaders and is for parents/carers and children.
Our health walk is a purposeful, brisk walk, it is a great opportunity to exercise and socialise outdoors, while contributing to the moderate physical activity.
Getting outside in nature can make us feel good, and as we all know, taking a baby for a walk outside very often sends them to sleep. So what works for babies probably works for us too!
As we walk at a brisk pace toddlers must be in a pushchair during Buggy Fitness.
During Buggy Fitness we will enjoy an outdoor walk together, giving parents and carers the opportunity for outdoor physical activity and giving our babies and toddlers some fresh air.
The Walking programme is designed to introduce mindfulness and relaxation to help stress and anxiety.
The programme runs for 4 weeks each session is for 45 mins
The programme is suitable for children aged 0 Years to under 2 years old

Dad's Club - Splash with me
Dad's Club - Splash with me involves interactive enjoyment in water for dad's/Male Carers with infants aged from 4 months to 12 months with their parents. Very gentle moves in the early 'in arms' phase are conducive to each baby's discovery of their water balance.
You don't have to be a swimmer to take part in these classes, everyone is welcome!
