Pyjama Yoga
Children aged from 2 – under 4 years.
Many studies suggest that children derive enormous benefits from Yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, and have fun in a relaxed calm atmosphere.
This evening session of Yoga will help children wind down after a busy day and get ready for bed time.
