Pregnant women from 20 - 34 weeks.
Antenatal aqua yoga helps benefit you during pregnancy by keeping you active and relieving stress. It can also help in getting baby in the right position for birth. This programme will have a unique opportunity in that there will be a workshop for birthing partners to attend on the final day which will cover areas including the role of the birth partner, care of a newborn and infant feeding.
