    Pyjama Yoga Children aged from 2 – under 4 years. Many studies suggest that children derive enormous benefits from Yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, and have fun in a relaxed calm atmosphere. This evening session of Yoga will help children wind down after a busy day and get ready for bed time. Enquire

    Baby Yoga Level 2 Babies aged 8 to 18 months. In one short daily session of baby yoga, babies receive as much physical activity as if they were handled for a few hours. Baby Yoga offers daily routines for parents to engage constructively with their babies from birth as a foundation for future regular exercise. Baby Yoga promotes more and better sleep and regular movement promotes a more ‘settled’ behaviour with less extreme ups and downs. Enquire

A music and movement programme for children to use their whole bodies and the space around them to dance with props to different rhythms and sounds, using musical instruments and different props to express themselves with.     Toddler Yoga Children aged 2 – 4 years. Stretch, move and relax together. Toddler Yoga will incorporate singing, gentle moves and relaxation.  Children will experience traditional yoga poses, turntaking and working with friends. Children will also gain confidence and self-esteem through repetition and also gain self-regulation skills with the aid of breathing techniques.  This is a fun, interactive programme with life-time benefits.     Messy Play Children aged under 4 years. Messy Play is an important part of early education. It offers many opportunities for learning. Children will be given the tools to develop and practice fine motor skills and hand eye coordination. Activities such as stacking, pouring and spooning will develop hand-eye coordination. Practice cutting, writing in shaving cream and using tongs will develop fine motor skills. Hands-on activities will provide opportunities for children to compare textures such as smooth, rough, hard and soft.     Mini Makers Mini Makers is an exciting 3 week play programme based on construction play. Construction is very important for children’s play as it encourages children to learn through interacting with their environment and the materials around them. It can also help children to make sense of their world and during construction play you can gradually introduce the concepts of shape, size and numbers. During the 3 weeks we will explore a variety of building materials and activities including building blocks, wooden train sets, cardboard dens etc… Each week children can have fun building and creating and every week will we introduce exciting new materials for them to explore.
